The rules
The formula
Eagles win → reps = PHI points
Eagles lose → reps = PHI points + opponent points
- 1
The Eagles set the number
Every week, the result of the Philadelphia Eagles game decides how many reps you owe. You do not pick it. The Birds pick it.
- 2
A win costs you their points
If the Eagles win, the number is simply the points Philadelphia scored. Win 24–22 and the number is 24.
- 3
A loss costs you both scores
If the Eagles lose, the number is Philadelphia’s points PLUS the opponent’s points. Lose 20–30 and the number is 50. Losing hurts twice — that is the whole point.
- 4
A tie is not a win
Ties are rare, but they are not wins, so both scores count — same as a loss.
- 5
Push-ups AND sit-ups
The number applies to each exercise, not split between them. If the number is 24, that is 24 push-ups and 24 sit-ups.
- 6
Every day, for seven days
The window opens the day after kickoff and runs seven days, right up to the next game. A day only counts when both exercises hit the number.
- 7
Break them up however you like
Sets, reps, spread across the day — nobody is watching your form. The daily total is what counts.
- 8
The bye week
No game means no new number. Week 10 is the bye. Rest, or carry the previous number forward if you are feeling dangerous.
Use common sense: scale down, take rest days if you are hurt, and talk to a doctor before starting any new exercise routine. This is a fan project, not a training program.
